Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced that 15 articles of the draft peace treaty with Armenia have been agreed upon. "Work on two articles continues," Bayramov said.
According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia regarding the settlement are ongoing. At the same time, many meetings were held on the peace treaty, and there were continued exchanges on the text: "Although there are still open questions, clear progress has been made."
He noted that Azerbaijan continues the works of opening the Zangezur Corridor in its territory, and the construction of the bridge over the Araks River continues.
Bayramov repeated the statements to change the RA constitution, noting that decisive steps are expected from Armenia.
"And the recent arguments we have heard from Armenia cannot satisfy us. The recent decision of the Constitutional Court made this case even more complicated. In other words, the decision stated that the preamble of the RA constitution is unchangeable, and the specific preamble cannot be addressed. This makes the situation even more complicated."
