After the appointment of a caretaker prime minister, refugees return to Syria

Reuters reports that refugees who survived the ongoing civil war in Syria are returning home.
This was after Mohammad al-Bashir was appointed interim prime minister.
US officials working with the rebels led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) have urged them not to take over the country automatically but to initiate an inclusive process to form a transitional government.
