Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan spoke about Armenian-Azerbaijani relations during the budget discussion in the Turkish Parliament.
"Establishing peace in the South Caucasus is extremely important for our country, and there is hope there will be peace. We are close to establishing peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, opening new opportunities for the region's development.
"Turkey supports bilateral negotiations without mediators," said Fidan.
