According to a Reuters analysis, Trump is considering a plan to end the war in Ukraine by freezing the current front line, which implies the loss of a significant part of Ukraine's territory.
According to agency sources, there are three main proposals: Kellogg's plan, Vice President Vance's proposal, and former Trump acting chief of intelligence Richard Grenell's plan.
The plan implies concessions to the Russian Federation on the part of the occupied Ukrainian territories and the dependence of the agreement on personal negotiations between Trump, Putin, and Zelensky.
Trump will supply more American weapons to Kyiv only if the latter agrees to peace negotiations. At the same time, he warned Moscow that he would increase aid to Ukraine if Russia refused to negotiate. Ukraine's membership in NATO will be suspended.
Under the proposal, the US would also offer Ukraine security guarantees, which could include increased arms supplies after the deal is signed.
