Trudeau traveled to Florida on Friday to have lunch with Trump. He has promised to lower tariffs on Canadian imports if Ottawa does not prevent migrants and drugs from crossing the border.
Canada sends 75% of all goods and services it exports to the United States, and tariffs would severely damage the economy.
