Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he discussed the steps to strengthen Ukraine during a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
"I had a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and thanked him for his leadership in helping Ukraine with air defense systems. I thank the chancellor for his willingness to support Ukraine in the future, particularly for our defense and resilience against Russian aggression. We discussed which steps of our bilateral and partners can strengthen Ukraine," Zelensky said.
In addition, the German chancellor told the president of Ukraine the details of his phone call with Putin.
