Trump plans to remove all transgender people from the American army after assuming the office of US president in January. The Times reports.
The decree may be published on the first day of his return to the White House, January 20.
"They are being demobilized because of their health condition, which means they are unfit for service. The new decree will also not allow them to register for military service," the newspaper writes.
Today, there are about 15 thousand transgender people in the US army.
