Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili appealed to the Constitutional Court and will appeal the results of the parliamentary elections. Zurabishvili believes that the principles of secrecy and universal suffrage were violated.
"I am doing this not because I believe in the constitutional court but because I want to fully feel the conscience of the judges who will appear before the election, what kind of country we want to be, and in what direction we should move. I want to hope that at least a few judges of the Constitutional Court will show that they are worthy," she said.
