The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, announced the US administration has allowed Ukraine to use missiles with a range of up to 300 km to attack Russian territory.
At the same time, according to him, the foreign ministers of the European Union countries did not make a general decision regarding the lifting of restrictions on the use of Western weapons by Ukraine on the territory of the Russian Federation, but each country made a decision independently.
