Lebanon and Hezbollah approved the draft ceasefire agreement with Israel. However, they made some remarks about the content, Reuters reported, citing the words of Lebanese parliament speaker Ali Hassan Khalil.
He noted that Lebanon wrote to Lisa Johnson, the US ambassador in Beirut, on November 18. According to the official, everything now depends on Israel.
Khalil emphasized that the remarks were presented positively, but no details were presented. As Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati announced earlier, the republic's authorities will now discuss the agreement's details with US emissary Amos Hochstein, who will soon visit Beirut.
