France has not changed its position and allows Ukraine to strike deep into Russian territory. French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot announced this before the EU foreign ministers meeting in Brussels.
"We have openly stated that this is a viable option if it will allow us to hit the targets from which Russia is now carrying out aggression on the territory of Ukraine. So, there is nothing new," said Jean-Noel Barrot.
