Biden approved Ukraine's use of long-range missiles to strike Russian and North Korean troops in the Kursk region, the publication writes. The US President's decision was brought to Ukraine's attention about three days ago and was made to prevent North Korea from sending additional troops to the Russian Federation, the article says.
