According to the newspaper, the issue of permission to use British long-range Storm Shadow missiles will be discussed in Paris on November 11 at the meeting of French President Emmanuel Macron and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The Daily Telegraph opined that if the move is approved, it will be difficult for US President-elect Donald Trump to reverse the decision when he takes office on January 20.
