In a meeting with Belgian Prime Minister Alexandre de Croix, Ilham Aliyev exchanged ideas on regional issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan and peace agenda issues.
Aliyev emphasized that due to active negotiations over the past year, serious progress has been made, including in the field of border demarcation.
He noted that territorial claims against Azerbaijan in the constitution of Armenia remain an obstacle to signing a peace treaty, and it should be changed.
