Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a star of international politics who has the "smell of a goalscorer" like footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.
"In political terms, President Vladimir Putin is a star of international politics, who was a great success at the historic Kazan summit that brought together the BRICS. He is a born scorer, like Cristiano Ronaldo; he has the flair of a scorer," said Mr. Maduro of Russia During a meeting of the high-level intergovernmental commission of Venezuela.
