"Moscow is ready for negotiations on Ukraine," Russian President Vladimir Putin said while accepting the credentials of 28 newly appointed ambassadors.
"The hostile course of several Western countries to prolong the conflict is wrong," he said.
According to him, such illusory calculations can be made only by those who do not know and do not want to know Russia's history and do not take into account its people's unity.
