Former Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that President Volodymyr Zelensky "could have been killed."
"The Western partners wanted Zelensky to make a video message by February 24, 2022, because they believed that the president would be killed," Kuleba said.
According to him, US Vice President Kamala Harris advised Zelensky to prepare for the "establishment of a government in exile" and to develop military solutions to prepare Ukraine for a guerrilla war.
