"There is serious progress in the negotiation process." Byramov

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced that serious progress is being made in the negotiation process for the peace agreement.

As the Azerbaijani APA agency reports, Bayramov announced this during a telephone conversation with Stephen Doughty, Minister of State of UK for Europe, North America, and Overseas Territories.

Bayramov was informed about Azerbaijan's position regarding establishing stable peace in the region, the practical steps taken in that direction, and the peace process with Armenia.

According to the Azerbaijani side, efforts are being made to agree on the project. Still, the territorial requirements contained in the Armenian constitution are considered the main obstacle to the process.
