US Vice President and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris has proposed a "different path" than former President Donald Trump.
Harris described the Nov. 5 election as "a choice between a country based on freedom and a country where chaos and division reign."
"America, we know what Donald Trump means. More chaos, more division, and politics help those in the elite and hurt everyone else. I propose another way and ask you to vote," he said.
In his address to voters, Harris promised to "seek common ground and common sense solutions to make their lives better."
Speaking just a week before Election Day, he called Trump "volatile," "revenge-obsessed," and an "out-of-control power seeker," warning that he had "spent ten years trying to divide Americans and make them fear each other."
"It is time to turn the page on drama, conflict, fear, and division. It is time for a new generation of leaders in America. I am ready to offer that leadership as the next president of the United States of America," he added.
