NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced that South Korean intelligence units and representatives of the Ministry of Defense informed NATO about the North Korean soldiers sent to Russia.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed the deployment of North Korean troops in the Kursk region.
According to Rutte, North Korea's actions indicate Putin's growing desperation.
"More than 600,000 Russian soldiers have been killed or wounded in Putin's war, and he is unable to continue his offensive in Ukraine without outside support," he said.
