Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev approved the regulation on the joint activity of the committee on border demarcation and security issues with Armenia, as reported by the Azerbaijani media.
It is noteworthy that the National Assembly of Armenia ratified the constitution on October 23, and President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed it on October 24.
