The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, gave details of the discussions with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, in Kazan.
During the Kazan negotiations, Erdogan stated that he saw Putin's desire to establish a ceasefire in Ukraine. According to him, he discussed the exchange of prisoners between Moscow and Kyiv with Putin. "Ankara will continue its diplomatic efforts," he said.
