Blinken and Fidan had a phone conversation

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan had a telephone conversation. The Secretary of State expressed his condolences regarding the terrorist attack in Ankara on October 23.

During the telephone conversation, Blinken and Fidan discussed the efforts to find a diplomatic solution to the conflict along the Blue Line in Lebanon and the importance of achieving a lasting peace in the South Caucasus, which would benefit the region.
