UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres arrived in Kazan to participate in the BRICS summit.
Guterres was welcomed at the Kazan International Airport by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic, Farid Mukhametshin.
Yesterday, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry criticized Guterres' participation in the BRICS summit, saying that he refused to participate in the "Peace Summit" in Switzerland.
