Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced that his country will be represented at the BRICS summit in Kazan by the Deputy Prime Minister, as Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk will arrive in Belgrade on October 23. According to Vucic, in a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he admitted that he could not attend due to known circumstances.
He emphasized that Serbia is the only European country that has not joined any declaration against Russia.
