UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres rejected Ukraine's invitation to participate in the first Global Peace Summit but accepted Putin's invitation to Kazan.
"It does not contribute to peace," declared Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"Guterres rejected Ukraine's invitation but accepted criminal Putin's invitation. This is a wrong choice that does not contribute to peace," said the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
It should be noted that today, Putin will hold a series of meetings with world leaders, including the Presidents of China and India, within the framework of BRICS in Kazan.
