The Israeli Air Force struck the branches of the Hezbollah-linked Al Qard Al Hassan and the Beirut airport.
About an hour later, explosions were heard in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
Lebanon's only airport was also hit, but it continues to operate.
A high-ranking Israeli intelligence official noted that strikes would be carried out in the direction of "Al-Qard Al-Hassan" throughout Lebanon.
