The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has announced that it has destroyed a network of more than 50 underground tunnels used by Hezbollah's Radwan special forces in southern Lebanon. The Israeli army used 100 tons of explosives.

"Engineering troops of the 8th Brigade, the Yahal unit, and the Northern Command's engineering unit destroyed all tunnel passages using more than 100 tons of explosives. Rooms, long-term living supplies, motorcycles, and ammunition, as well as living space, were destroyed," the press service of the army said on the Telegram channel.

Additionally, according to the IDF, in addition to more than 50 underground tunnels found under civilian buildings and later destroyed, Israeli forces discovered a Hezbollah weapons depot with hundreds of weapons and equipment during the raid.
