German Chancellor Olaf Scholz did not support Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's "Victory Plan," noting that its critical points would lead to further escalation.

According to Scholz, nothing will change his decision to refuse the supply of Taurus cruise missiles to Kyiv.
"I don't think these deliveries are correct, and it will remain so," said Scholz.
