Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he will attend the European Council session in Brussels.
He also announced that he would present the "Victory Plan."
Zelensky intends to meet with the head of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, and the leaders of the political groups of the European Parliament. A meeting will also be held with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
In addition, the Ukraine-NATO Council meeting at the level of defense ministers is being prepared.
