An Israeli tank opened fire on the base of the United Nations Interim Forces (UNIFIL) in the south of Lebanon, near the settlement of Kfarqila, and material damage was caused. This is stated in the UNIFIL message.
"This morning, the peacekeepers stationed near Kfarkila noticed the Israeli "Merkava" tank, which opened targeted fire on their stronghold; the objective control equipment was damaged," the statement said.
