US President Joe Biden plans to hold meetings with the leaders of Germany, the United Kingdom, and France in Berlin.
The leaders were scheduled to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at Ramstein Air Base last week. Still, the meeting was canceled after Biden postponed a foreign trip due to Hurricane Milton.
