Georgia will not participate in the "3+3" platform session, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia announced.
The session will be held on October 18 in Istanbul.
Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced that the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia, and Iran would attend the session.
