The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine unanimously adopted the "Victory Program" presented by President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The speaker of the Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, noted that the parliamentarians and the president discussed the essential aspects for about two hours behind closed doors.
He also noted that other issues were discussed at the president's meeting. According to Stefanchuk, the program has been secretly added.
