President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky presents the "Victory Program" in the Rada today.
According to the president of Ukraine, the plan consists of five points and three secret additions. The first point is geopolitical, the second and third are military, the fourth is economic, and the fifth concerns security.
Points are calculated at a particular time. The first four points must be implemented during wartime, and the fifth to ensure post-war security.
The basis of the first point is to be invited to NATO.
The second is defense. "We need to increase our production and seek help from Western partners."
Third, Ukraine proposes to deploy on its soil a comprehensive non-nuclear strategic deterrent package that would be sufficient to protect Ukraine from any military threat from Russia.
The fourth is economic. "The world will restrain Russia thanks to economic power, particularly by limiting oil prices and exports. Fifth: We will have one of the most experienced military contingents after the war. People who have military experience and experience working with international weapons. It is a guarantee of security in Europe. This is a worthy mission for our heroes."
The President of Ukraine noted that Russia encroached on Ukraine's security because it is not a member of the alliance. Now, inviting Ukraine to NATO can become fundamental to the world.
"Putin must see that his geopolitical calculations are losing. "Russians should feel that their tsar lost geopolitically to the world," Zelensky said.
