Armenia, trying to sign the unfinished text of the peace agreement, is blowing dust in the eyes of the international community, Elchin Amirbekov, the president of Azerbaijan's representative for special assignments, said in an interview with TV Berlin.
"Armenia and its supporters must understand that without amending the Armenian constitution, it is impossible to eliminate the root causes of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict and achieve stable peace. The ball is on Armenia's side, and we hope they will not miss the historic opportunity to turn the tragic page of our relations," he said.
