"There will be no bilateral negotiations with Putin on ending the war in Ukraine." Harris

US Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris ruled out a peace process without the participation of Kyiv.

"Ukraine should have the right to vote on its future... If Donald Trump were president, Putin would be sitting in Kyiv now. Let's get this straight. He says I can end it on the first day. It's a capitulation," Harris said in an interview with CBS News.

Harris avoided answering whether he would support the expansion of NATO at the expense of Ukraine.

"These are issues that we will deal with when they become relevant. For now, we support Ukraine's ability to defend itself against unprovoked Russian aggression," she said.
