Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel has the obligation and the right to respond to Iran's missile attack and promised to do so.
"Twice, Iran has already launched hundreds of missiles into our territory and our cities, carrying out one of the most significant ballistic missile attacks in history.
Israel has the duty and the right to defend itself and respond to these attacks, and we will do so," the Israeli prime minister said in a video message to the nation.
