The Secretary General of NATO is in favor of using Western weapons to attack Russia

The newly appointed Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, has stated that he supports the option of using Western weapons to strike deep into Russia.
According to him, the allies should decide to transfer weapons.
Rutte noted that Ukraine is waging a defensive war and has the right to self-defense, which is not limited to borders.
"No weapon alone can bring victory. It is important to negotiate over lifting the ban on striking Russian territory," added Rutte.
