After a series of powerful strikes on Lebanon, Israel attacked territory controlled by the pro-Iranian Houthi militia in Yemen.
Tsakhal called the incident a "large-scale air operation" with the participation of dozens of combat reconnaissance planes.
The statement says that the operation is directed against the military facilities of the "Houthi terrorist regime" in Hodeida and Ras Isa. "No place will be too far for us," Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant said.
