Turkish President Recep Erdogan announced that Armenia and Azerbaijan have received a vital opportunity to establish peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
"The elimination of differences between the region's countries, as well as the establishment of peace and neighborliness, are among our main principles. Turkey considers it important that all states respect each other's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and international law. Today, the modern world needs the principles I listed," Erdogan said.
