State Department spokesman Matthew Miller announced that the US has nothing to do with the pager incident in Lebanon.
It should be noted that hundreds of citizens were injured as a result of yesterday's explosion.
"The USA has nothing to do with that incident. We were not informed in advance. The USA wants a diplomatic settlement of the conflict between Lebanon and Israel. It is still too early to talk about how the incident will affect the peace negotiations," said Miller.
