The bureau of the National Assembly of France (the lower house of the parliament) has approved the start of President Emmanuel Macron's impeachment procedure, the French media report.
At the moment, 12 of the 22 members of the bureau are representatives of the left party. The left-wing party "Disobedient France" proposed removing Macron from power.
