British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin can end the war anytime.
Speaking to journalists on the plane before he visited Washington, Starmer said that Ukraine has the right to defend itself.
"Russia started this war by illegally invading Ukraine. And it is Russia that can end the war at this moment. I will hold a consultation with the head of the White House on providing further support to Kyiv," Starmer said.
