Blinken will report to Biden on the results of negotiations on long-range strikes against Russia

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced that he would convey to US President Joe Biden the results of discussions on allowing Kyiv to use long-range missiles to strike deep into Russian territory.

"We've discussed long-range weapons attacks, as well as several other issues, and as I said at the beginning, I'm going to continue this discussion in Washington to report back to the president on what I've heard," the secretary of state said after meetings with her UK and Ukrainian counterparts.
