German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated that Russia should participate in the second summit on Ukraine.
"This opinion is also shared by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. Efforts to settle the conflict should be increased. I think the moment has come when we should discuss how to get out of this war situation as quickly as possible," said Scholz.
