President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated during a meeting at the Ramstein base in Germany that Russian President Vladimir Putin was planning to launch an attack on Sumy from Kursk.
"Now there is no threat that Russia will go on the offensive thanks to the action of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It is necessary to ensure that the Russian advance is stopped this fall," said Zelensky.
