Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, submitted his resignation. Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, announced this on Facebook.
"The Verkhovna Rada has received a resignation letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs Kuleba," he said, adding that the request will be discussed in one of the upcoming plenary sessions.
