A nationwide strike in Israel demanding a cease-fire and the release of hostages

Tens of thousands of Israelis took to the streets to demand the release of those captured by Hamas and a cease-fire agreement. The protests started after the Israeli military found the bodies of 6 hostages in the Gaza Strip.
Demonstrators marched with flags through the centers of major cities of the country, including Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The latter accuse Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government of not making enough efforts to conclude a deal with Hamas.
