Iran announced the reason for the crash of Raise's helicopter

The commission investigating the causes of the accident concluded that the former president of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi helicopter crash was caused by "difficult climatic and atmospheric conditions of the region and the sudden appearance of dense fog."

According to Mehr, the commission thoroughly studied the crashed helicopter's technical, engineering, electronic, and navigation characteristics. It ruled out other causes of the crash, finding that the plane crashed into a mountain.
